When you book accommodations or services of Bloom Valley (also referred to as “valley”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms & conditions herein stated should not be construed to be complete and exclusive.
Bloom Valley Policies
Bookings

All bookings will be considered confirmed only after full payment is received in advance.

Any additional amount due will be settled immediately on the day of checkout through cash or credit/debit card.

Reservations may be canceled if the payment isn’t received by the valley before your arrival.

Any reservation made is not confirmed or held until the valley sends a confirmation email.
Your Commitment

You undertake that all details you provide as part of the booking process, payment process, or any purchase on this website are correct; that the credit/debit card used is your own; and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the accommodations and other services.
Package deals,
add-ons, and promos

These are offered from time to time and are subject to further terms and conditions that may or may not be detailed in the website. You many confirm these terms and conditions by contacting the reservation team prior to booking.

Bookings for these packages indicate your acceptance of all additional specific terms and conditions by default.

Any and all package deals, add-ons and promos may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Bookings of package deals, add-ons, and promo purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable
Minimum Length of Stay

Package deals and some standard rate bookings during peak periods require minimum nightly stay.

The valley my refuse changes to reservations that do not meet minimum stay.

Early check-out’s for reservations with minimum stay requirements may not be refunded.
Not All-inclusive

Meals and other services not mentioned in the inclusions have additional charges.
Rates

AII rates are subject to change, without prior notice.
Additional charges for extra beds, tents, or accommodation will apply.
Kids
-
Kids below 5 years can stay at the valley for free.

The following charges will be applicable to kids above 5 years:

5 - 12 years - 50% of the adult rate

13 & above - 100% of the adult rate
Maximum Capacity

The maximum capacity of any choice of accommodation are as follows:

Camping - 1 to 2 adults

Forest Cabin - 1 to 4 adults

Changes To The Details
-
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform the valley about any changes to the details given as soon as possible.

Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
-
Also, the valley will not be held liable for the delay or failure to carry out an obligation or arrangement of the changes due to your failure or delay in informing the changes. In such cases of failure or delay, the valley must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligation or arrangement.
Early Check-out

Early check-out’s for reservations may not be refunded.
No Show

After a booking is confirmed, if the guest does not occupy the room on the due date, the advance payment will be forfeited.
Cancelation
-
You much inform the valley about cancelation through email or the website.

Cancelation made:

Less than 30 days prior to arrival date – payment is forfeited
-
31-45 days prior to arrival date – 25% of the total amount will be forfeited
-
More than 45 days prior to arrival date – 10% of the total amount will be forfeited​

Rebooking

Confirmed bookings may be rescheduled at your request by email, subject to availability, except for peak seasons that may incur additional costs.

Identification

A valid government ID for local residents and passport for international guest should be presented upon check-in.

A reservation may be denied without refund for any refusal or inability to present valid identification.

The valley requires guests who reserved by online to also present their credit/debit cards used to complete the booking at check-in
Special Requests

Requests made during booking for early arrival, late check-out, particular view, additional beds, or additional services are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

The valley must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligations or arrangements.
-
Requests cannot be guaranteed until check-in.
Force Majeure

Bloom Valley shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure/acts of God or conditions beyond Bloom Valley’s control, which include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, epidemic/pandemic, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labor disputes or delays of third parties.

Also, the valley will not be held liable for failure to carry out arrangements and other obligations due to the same circumstances. In such cases, Bloom Valley must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligations or arrangements.

A rescheduling (rebooking) or other arrangements may, at the sole discretion of Bloom Valley shall be considered without rebooking fee, but subject to availability and within six (6) months from time of booking. The rate at the time of booking will prevail, but if a schedule will be changed to peak period, the price difference will be applicable.
Privacy Policies

The security of guests is of prime importance to Bloom Valley. We are committed to protect your privacy, the confidentiality and security of personal information you provided us.

The information you provide is necessary to process and confirm your reservation; and may include collecting this information in a personal profile. We may also collect information to allow us to properly process the payment of accounts.

Create a profile to assist with any further reservations you made
To inform you by email, if you have so agreed when registering on our site, of our special offers and promotions that may be relevant to you -
Bloom Valley may have legal obligations required by law to disclose information you provided to the valley.
Other Policies
Functions And Parties

Bloom Valley may host events and parties throughout the year. Please contact us in advance of your stay if you feel it would interfere with your break.

Guests who want to host parties in the premises must inform Bloom Valley beforehand.

The guests who signed up for events package are subject to further terms and conditions.
Outside Food/Drinks

Though we serve food, guests are allowed to bringing food or drinks to Bloom Valley.
No Alcohol Served

Bloom Valley doesn’t serve alcohol on our premises. We encourage you to bring your own drinks, if required.
Pets
-
Your furry friends are allowed in Bloom Valley premises.
We expect you to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for the other guests, if you bring your pets.
Personal Belongings

Guests should take care of their personal belongings.

The valley may provide a safe to keep valuables secured, if required.

The valley is not liable for such loss if there is negligence on the part of the guest, and after investigation, there is no evidence to warrant any negligence or mischief on the part of the valley or its staff.
Photography and Filming

Photography is permitted as long as it is for personal use and not to be published in any other format for commercial use.

Written approval from the valley is required for commercial photography or images.
Event Policies
Purchasing tickets or registrations

When you purchase from the website you acknowledge and agree that:
We reserve the right to cancel the event or any ticket and refund the amount paid in full where there has been an error in ticket pricing, whether due to human error or a transactional malfunction of the website and offer to rectify such an error by re-processing the transaction with the correct ticket pricing. -
The event organizer has the right to add or vary the advertised program, stay arrangements, and audience capacity and deny admission with reasonable cause including due to intoxication, unsociable behavior, failing to observe lawful directions, possession of invalid or insufficient tickets or ID or health and safety precautions.

You are responsible for having your tickets, as purchased through the Bloom Valley website, available at the event. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address during booking to allow adequate time for the e-ticket delivery. No refunds or exchanges are provided for lost or stolen tickets or for a failure on your part to present at the event.
Event Payment

All credit card purchases are processed through the secure online payment system of payment gateways. The event organizer determines how you may pay for tickets and registrations.

Tickets purchased on the website are subject to a non-refundable per order service fee, which will be added to the ticket price.
Canceled, varied, or postponed Events

The event organizer is surely responsible and liable for providing any refund or comparable ticket where an event is canceled, varied, or postponed. You should check the terms of sale of the Ticket Seller with respect to its policy on canceled, varied, or postponed events.

So that the event organizer can contact you with information relating to your tickets or the event, we may be required to pass on your contact information. We do not authorize the event organizer to send you any unsolicited emails, mail, or “spam”.

We and the event organiser will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of a cancellation, variation, or postponement; however, the responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, varied or postponed is yours. We do not guarantee that the ticket holders will be informed of a cancellation, variation, or postponement before the date of the event.
Exchanges and refunds

All ticket sales are final. For clarification, you are not entitled to a refund if: If your ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged (including if it is lost due to entry of an incorrect email), we are not required to replace it unless we can identify the entry or stay corresponding to the ticket, or in the case of a general admission ticket can identify and cancel the relevant ticket. We may charge a reasonable administration fee in these circumstances.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Bloom Valley disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any event organizers, third-party users, and/or sponsors at the venue.
Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless against any expenses, costs, loss (including consequential loss), or damage that we may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of, or access to or conduct in connection with the website, including any breach by you of these Terms.
